医药产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性影响因素分析

为了探索促进医药产业合作创新的有效机制,构建2 个主体之间的演化博弈模型,分析 2 个主体对战略选择的影响,对医药产业技术创新战略联盟的稳定性进行建模与数值仿真分析,结果表明:医药产业技术创新联盟稳定性与合作成本和违约得利存在显著负相关;政府提供的项目经费、违约金和增值价值与医药产业技术创新联盟稳定性呈正相关关系;增值价值分配系数与医药产业技术创新联盟的稳定性有影响关系,存在联盟相对稳定的最优系数。基于以上结论提出建议:寻找合适的联盟伙伴,减少无效成本的付出,提高联盟效率;完善相关法律法规体系,建设健康规范的行业环境;加大财政支持,政府助力联盟技术创新;采取公平合理的收益分配办法,合理公平分配合作收益以促进联盟稳定。
Analysis of the factors influencing the stability of technological innovation strategic alliance in pharmaceutical industry
In order to investigate the effective mechanisms of promoting collaborative innovation in the pharmaceutical industry,an evolutionary game model was constructed between the two participants.The influence of these two participants on strategic decision is analyzed.A stability modeling and digital simulation analysis of technological innovation strategic alliance in pharmaceutical industry were performed.The results showed a clear negative correlation between the stability of technology innovation strategic alliance in pharmaceutical industry and cooperation cost or default credit.And a positive correlation was found between the stability and project funds provided by the government,compensation for breach of contract or added value.The added value coefficient is related to the stability of technology innovation strategic alliance in pharmaceutical industry,and the optimal coefficient exists for the relative alliance stability.Based on the above conclusions,the author suggests finding suitable alliance partners to reduce the consumption of invalid cost and improve the efficiency of the alliance,improving relevant law and regulation systems to develop a healthy and standard industry environment,increasing financial and government support for the alliance's technological innovation,and adopting a fair and equitable profit distribution method to promote the alliance stability.
