摘要
海洋中药是我国传统中药文化宝库的重要成员,在应对人类疾病方面发挥着不可替代的作用,然而,近年来随着工业化和城市化的快速发展,海洋环境受到的污染日益严重,尤其是重金属污染,严重威胁人类的生命健康,因此对海洋中药中重金属的检测分析尤为重要.本文从海洋中药的特点出发,通过大量查阅相关文献,对海洋中药中重金属及有害元素的检测技术、分析方法和质量控制展开综述,以期为提高海洋中药中重金属的检测技术和海洋中药的风险评估提供参考.
Abstract
Marine traditional Chinese medicine(MTCM)is an important member of the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine culture in China and plays an irreplaceable role in dealing with human diseases,however,in recent years,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the marine environment is increasingly polluted,especially heavy metal pollution,a serious threat to human life and health.Therefore,the detection and analysis of heavy metals in MTCM is particularly important.Based on the perspective of the characteristics of MTCM,this paper reviews the detection techniques,analytical methods and quality control of heavy metals and harmful elements in MTCM through extensive review of relevant literature,aiming to provide a reference for improving the detection technology of heavy metals in MTCM and the risk assessment of MTCM.
