摘要
头孢他啶/阿维巴坦(CAZ/AVI)是一种新型头孢菌素/β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复合制剂,为了在不同类型的患者中达到更好的疗效,降低耐药风险和不良反应发生率,临床上常采用治疗药物监测(therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM)来监测CAZ/AVI的体内药物浓度.本文基于近年来国内外的相关文献,对CAZ/AVI实施TDM的意义、目前的TDM方法、药动学/药效学监测指标以及在特殊人群中实施TDM的现状进行了综述,以期为CAZ/AVI的个体化治疗提供建议.
Abstract
Ceftazidime/avibactam(CAZ/AVI)is a new type of cephalosporin/β-lactamase inhibitor compound preparation.In order to achieve better treatment results in different types of patients and reduce the risk of drug resistance and incidence of adverse reactions,therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)is often used clinically to monitor the concentration of CAZ/AVI in vivo.This article reviews the significance of implementing TDM for CAZ/AVI,current TDM methods,PK/PD monitoring indicators,and the current status of implementing TDM in special populations,to provide a basis for the individualization of CAZ/AVI treatment.
