益肾化瘀方药联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的Meta分析

目的:对益肾化瘀方药联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生导致下尿路症状的临床疗效与安全性进行系统评价。方法:通过检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CBM和The Cochrane Library数据库，查找关于益肾化瘀方药联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生导致下尿路症状的临床疗效观察的随机对照试验。运用RevMan 5。4 软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终共纳入 9 篇文献，包括801 例患者，其中治疗组(407 例)为益肾化瘀类方药联合西药盐酸坦索罗辛;对照组(394 例)为单用西药盐酸坦索罗辛组。Meta分析显示，与单用盐酸坦索罗辛对照组相比，运用益肾化瘀方药联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗后能提高临床治疗总有效率、最大尿流率以及生活质量指数评分，降低国际前列腺评分表及中医症状评分，缩小前列腺体积，减少残余尿量(P＜0。000 01)，但不良反应的发生率与对照组相当(P =0。24)。结论:与单纯运用盐酸坦索罗辛进行西药治疗相比，益肾化瘀类方药联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生导致下尿路症状总体上疗效显著，且安全性较好。
Meta-analysis of Yishenhuayu herbal formulation combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia
Objective:The purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Yishenhuayu herbal formulation combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:The databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Data Service Platform,Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science,CBM as well as The Cochrane Library were used for the search for randomized controlled trials,which were about clinical observation on treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia with Yishenhuayu herbal formulation combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results:Nine studies with a total of 801 cases were finally involved,among which the treatment group(407 cases)was Yishenhuayu herbal formulation combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride,and the control group(394 cases)was tamsulosin hydrochloride alone.Meta-analysis showed that,compared with the control group,total effective rate,maximum urinary flow rate and score of life quality were significantly improved in the treatment group,and that the international prostate scale score,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,the prostate volume and the residual urine volume decreased more obviously(P＜0.000 01).However,the adverse reactions were not significantly different(P = 0.24).Conclusion:Compared with the control group,Yishenhuayu herbal formulation combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride has a significant effect on lower urinary tract symptoms caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia with good safety.
