Construction of the benefit distribution mechanism about pharmaceutical industrial technology innovation strategic alliance based on bargaining game
Pharmaceutical industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is a joint organization formed by different innovation subjects.For Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises with relatively weak overall strength,this organizational form can meet the requirements of the overall technological innovation of the industry.Different innovation subjects can obtain high benefits beyond the independent innovation through the alliance,which is the fundamental purpose of each subject to form the alliance.However,there are many members in the alliance,so whether the benefit distribution is reasonable is bound to affect the stable operation of the alliance.This article analyzed three methods of benefit distribution through bargaining game analysis and put forward the suggestions of benefit distribution,which can provide some thoughts for alliance stability.
