摘要
本文结合医药行业创新发展对我国药品审评机构和能力提出的新要求,通过分析药品审评工作属性和职责定位,提出"公职科学家"概念,梳理其主要胜任力特征,并对建设及发展药品审评公职科学家队伍提出几点建议.
Abstract
The innovative development of pharmaceutical industry has brought new requirements to the Chinese institution of drug evaluation and its capabilities.This paper proposed the concept of"public service scientists",analyzed the attributes and responsibilities of drug review work,sorted out its main competency characteristics,and put forward some suggestions for constructing and developing public scientists for drug evaluation.
