摘要
那他霉素是一种多烯大环内酯类抗菌药物,因其具有良好的抑制作用,是近年来治疗眼部真菌感染的有效药物.那他霉素主要用于治疗局部真菌性角膜炎,对于顽固性角膜炎的临床疗效较差,针对局部治疗反应不足的顽固性真菌性角膜炎还需要特殊的用药途径.随着那他霉素滴眼剂在临床上的长期使用,也表现出眼部渗透率较低、耐药性等缺点.本综述根据目前研究或现有的那他霉素抗菌作用、抗菌机制以及临床治疗,回顾那他霉素在真菌性角膜炎临床中的应用,帮助角膜炎患者合理选择临床治疗方式,改进其缺点,以期对未来那他霉素的深入研究提供帮助.
Abstract
Natamycin is a polyene macrolide antibacterial drug which is used in treating fungal infections in eyes in recent years due to its excellent inhibitory effect.Natamycin is mainly used to treat local fungal keratitis,but for refractory keratitis it has poor clinical efficacy.For refractory fungal keratitis with insufficient local treatment response,special medication pathways are also needed.With the long-term use of natamycin eye drops in clinical,shortcomings is also shown,such as low penetration rate in eyes and drug resistance.This review reviews the clinical application of natamycin in fungal keratitis based on the current researches or existing studies on its antibacterial effects,antibacterial mechanisms,and clinical treatment,aiming to help the rational selection of clinical treatment methods,improve its shortcomings,and provide assistance for future in-depth research on natamycin.
