UPLC fingerprint and quantity transfer law of key quality attributes of classic prescription Wuwei Xiaodu Yin
Objective:To establish the UPLC fingerprint of Wuwei Xiaodu Yin and explore the transfer relationship of key quality attributes from traditional Chinese medicine slices to the reference material. Methods:Fifteen batches of substance benchmarks were prepared by decoction method. The UPLC fingerprints of the substance benchmarks were detected, and the key peaks of fingerprints were identified. The contents of chlorogenic acid, esculetin, cichoric acid,luteolosidein,3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid,4,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid and acaciin were determined at multiple wavelengths simultaneously. The transfer rate and extract rate were calculated. Results:The similarities of the UPLC fingerprints of the substance benchmarks were over 0.9.Thirteen peaks were identified among which seven peaks were set as characteristic peaks. The extract rates of 15 batches of substance benchmarks ranged from 28.72%to 33.85%.The transfer rates of chlorogenic acid, esculetin, cichoric acid,luteolosidein,3,5-O-Dicaffeoylquinic acid,4,5-O-Dicaffeoylquinic acid and acaciin were 35.39%~42.48%,49.72%~61.20%,28.47%~34.30%,28.96%~39.20%,20.09%~23.57%,81.13%~95.02%and 30.33%~35.92%,respectively.No discrete data was found. Conclusion:The research of the UPLC fingerprint and the key quality attributes transmission law of Wuwei Xiaodu Yin has reference value for its development and application.
