The establishment and development of multiple resolution mechanism of intellectual property infringement disputes in China's pharmaceutical industry
In recent years,the number of intellectual property infringement disputes in the pharmaceutical industry of China has increased rapidly,but litigation alone cannot completely meet the needs of the parties to resolve disputes.Therefore,a diversified resolution mechanism for intellectual property infringement disputes has emerged,providing convenient,efficient and diversified ways to resolve patent infringement disputes for both parties of intellectual property infringement cases.The comprehensive implementation of the early resolution mechanism for drug patent disputes has balanced the development of innovative and generic drugs,which can be more conducive to the innovative development of China's pharmaceutical industry.This article analyzes the relevant literature,describes the environment of China's pharmaceutical industry and the diversified dispute resolution mechanism adopted in China for the current environment.
