摘要

天麻是息风止痉类代表中药,药用历史悠久.临床上以天麻为君药的复方不胜枚举,疗效十分广泛.然而现行质量标准仅以天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇2 个指标的含量来评价天麻品质的优劣,并不十分科学,且已经不能满足中药天麻的进一步开发和利用.本文对天麻质量控制状况及临床应用进行综述,基于中药质量标志物(quality marker,Q-marker)理论,从传统药性及药效、特有化学成分、网络药理学等角度对天麻进行Q-marker初步预测分析,为天麻质量控制提供科学依据.

Abstract

Gastrodiae Rhizoma is a representative traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of medicinal use.Clinically,there are many formulas taking Gastrodiae Rhizoma as one principal medicine,and exerting extensive pharmacological effects.However,the current quality standards of Gastrodiae Rhizoma are only evaluated based on the contents of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl methanol,which are not very scientific and can no longer meet the further development and utilization of Gastrodiae Rhizoma.Quality control status and main clinical application of Gastrodiae Rhizoma were summarized in this paper based on quality marker(Q-marker)theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The preliminary Q-markers prediction analysis of Gastrodiae Rhizoma was carried out from the perspectives of traditional medicinal properties and efficacy,unique chemical composition,and network pharmacology,so as to provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Gastrodiae Rhizoma.
