文冠果的现代研究进展及质量标志物预测分析

文冠果是我国特有的药用植物和珍贵的木本油料植物,有较高的药用、食用、观赏等综合经济价值.研究发现文冠果化学成分主要包括三萜类、黄酮类、苯丙素类等,其药理作用为改善学习与记忆功能、抗氧化、促进神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)介导的神经突触生长等.本文在对文冠果化学成分和药理作用概述的基础上,根据中药质量标志物(quality marker,Q-marker)概念,从传统药性、功效、化学成分可测性、产地等方面对其质量标志物进行预测分析,得出文冠果皂苷B和E、芦丁、槲皮素、表没食子儿茶素、没食子儿茶素等可作为文冠果质量标志物的主要备选化合物,从而为文冠果质量评价体系的建立和资源综合利用提供参考.
Progress of modern research on Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge and analysis of quality markers prediction
Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge is an endemic medicinal plant and precious woody oil plant in China,with high comprehensive economic values of medicinal,edible and ornamental.The chemical composition of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge includes triterpenoids,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,etc.It has pharmacological effects such as improving learning and memory functions,antioxidant,and promoting nerve growth factor-mediated synaptic growth.Based on the overview of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,this paper predicts and analyzes the quality markers of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge based on the concept of quality marker of traditional Chinese medicines in terms of traditional medicinal properties,efficacy,measurability of the chemical components,and origin,and concludes that bunkanka soponin B and E,rutin,quercetin,epigallocatechin,and gallocatechin can be the main alternative compounds for Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge as quality markers,providing a reference for the establishment of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge quality evaluation system and the comprehensive utilization of its resources.
