摘要
以患者为中心的临床试验指的是一种将患者的需求和福祉放在首位的研究方法,这一概念强调了患者在临床试验中的核心作用,在医学领域获得了极大的关注.这种理念源于对现代医疗服务的深度反思,即我们的医疗系统是否真正关注和满足患者的需求,是否在医疗决策过程中足够重视患者的观点和期望.以患者为中心的临床试验的目标是确保患者在整个研究过程中得到足够的关注和尊重,同时也提高试验的质量和适用性.本文介绍了以患者为中心的临床试验理念的概述以及重点领域,探讨了当前所面临的挑战,旨在提高研究者对于该理念的认识.
Abstract
Patient centered clinical trials refer to a research method that prioritizes the needs and well-being of the patients.This concept emphasizes the core role of patients in clinical trials and has received great attention in the medical field.This concept stems from a deep reflection on the modern medical services,that is to say,does our healthcare system truly focus on and meet the needs of patients?Is there sufficient emphasis on the patient's perspectives and expectations in the medical decision-making process?The goal of patient-centered clinical trials is to ensure that the patients receive sufficient attention and respect throughout the entire research process,while simultaneously improving the quality and applicability of the trial.This paper introduces an overview and key areas of the concept of patient-centered clinical trial,explores the challenges that are currently faced,and aims to increase researchers'understanding of this concept.
