Optimization of extraction process for Yinqiao Mabo Powder based on standard relation and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process combined with entropy weight method
Objective:To ensure the equivalence of the ancient and modern processes,a standard relation and the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)-entropy weight method combined with Box-Behnken response surface test were used to optimize the extraction process of Yinqiao Mabo Powder. Methods:Taking the total amount of chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C,the content of forsythia glycosides, the paste yield and the similarity of fingerprint profile as the evaluation indexes, the Box-Behnken response surface test was used to examine the water addition, extraction time and extraction frequency.Combining the baseline correlation and FAHP-entropy weighting method,a composite score was calculated to obtain the optimal extraction process and the process was validated. Results:The optimal extraction process was selected:adding 8-fold of water and extracting three times for 1 hour each time. The mean score of the three batches of process validation was 87.91 with an RSD of 0.58%.Conclusion:The optimization of the extraction process of Yinqiao Mabo Powder combined with Box-Behnken response surface testing by baseline correlation and FAHP-entropy weight method is reasonable, stable and feasible.
