我国创新药开发战略制定的影响因素研究

摘要
新药研发是一个长周期、高风险、高投资的探索性过程,面临很多不确定因素,因此,做好战略制定和战略管理非常必要.本研究运用PESTEL分析、波特五力模型等管理工具,结合我国创新药开发的实际情况,构建了我国创新药开发战略制定过程中的影响因素体系,包括6 个方面共23 个因素.应用李克特量表的调研统计方法,确认了影响因素体系,并采用层次分析法研究了不同因素对创新药开发战略的权重.研究结果表明,制定战略管理的过程中应关注这些因素,尤其是相对权重较高的因素,如产品特点、竞争环境、资金投入、技术平台特点以及外部法规政策的变化等,以提高创新药物开发的成功率.本研究所构建的影响因素体系为我国创新药开发战略管理提供了参考视角.
Abstract
Innovative drug research and development is a long-term,high-risk,and high-investment exploratory process,facing many uncertainties.Therefore,it is necessary to develop and manage strategies well.This study utilized management tools such as PESTEL analysis,and Porter's Five Forces model,combined with the actual situation of innovative drug development in China,to construct the influential factors system in the process of formulating innovative drug development strategies in China,including 6 aspects and a total of 23 factors.The Likert scale was used to analyze these influential factors and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to study the weights of different factors on innovative drug development strategies.The research results indicate that in the process of formulating strategic management,attention should be paid to these factors,especially those with relatively high weights,such as product characteristics,competitive environment,capital investment,technological platform characteristics,and changes in external regulations,in order to improve the success rate of innovative drug development.The influencing factor system constructed by this study provides a reference perspective for the strategic management of innovative drug development in China.
