预防和治疗恶心呕吐口腔可溶性膜剂研究进展

摘要
口腔可溶性膜剂是一种近年来得到较大关注的新型黏膜给药制剂.由于其具有不需要咀嚼及额外的水,即可在唾液中迅速崩解,所负载活性成分直接被口腔黏膜吸收,避免首过效应、提高药物生物利用度、缩短药物作用时间等优势,为诸多疾病提供更为适宜的给药选择.恶心呕吐为临床多发疾病,口服药物对该类患者原有症状构成新的诱发因素,增加患者心理负担等问题可通过口溶膜特有的制剂治疗优势加以预防解决.本文选择预防和治疗恶心呕吐的口溶膜研究相关文献80 篇,从加快药物释放速度、提高生物利用度和增加患者依从性等多方面对临床及研究阶段止呕口溶膜发展现状进行综述,并对其临床治疗优势、处方组成、制备与表征评价方法等信息进行汇总,以期为口溶膜制剂进一步发展及临床治疗恶心呕吐疗效的提高提供技术支持.
Abstract
Oral soluble film is a new type of mucosal drug delivery preparation that has received great attention in recent years.Because it can disintegrate in saliva quickly without chewing and additional water,the loaded active ingredients are directly absorbed by the oral mucosa,avoiding first-pass effect,improving the bioavailability of drugs and shortening the time of drug action.Its advantages provide a more suitable new choice for drug delivery for many diseases.Nausea and vomiting are common in clinical treatment.Problems of oral drugs such as constituting a new inducing factor for the original symptoms of such patients and increasing the psychological burden of patients can be prevented and solved by the unique preparation advantages of oral membrane.In this paper,80 articles related to the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting were selected.The development status of antiemetic oral membrane in clinical and research stages was reviewed from the aspects of accelerating drug release rate,improving bioavailability,and increasing patient compliance.The information of its clinical treatment advantages,prescription composition,preparation and characterization evaluation methods were summarized in order to provide technical support for the further development of oral soluble film preparations and the improvement of clinical efficacy in the treatment of nausea and vomiting.
