仿生型药物递送系统作为一种新兴前沿的药物递送技术,凭借其以内源性天然生物材料为基础的优势,展现出良好的生物相容性和高靶向性.为了全面了解该领域的研究现状、趋势和热点,促进该领域的技术创新、成果转化和药品监管科学的发展,本文对国内外仿生型药物递送系统相关文献进行计量和可视化分析.通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普数据库和Web of Science核心数据集,筛选后共有72篇中文文献和857篇英文文献纳入分析.采用VOSviewer软件和R语言软件包"Bibliometrix",对发文机构、研究者和关键词等进行共现分析并绘制知识图谱.结果显示,该领域发文量在近年内呈现快速增长的趋势,其中我国的发文量位居全球首位,并依托高校和科研院所建立了广泛的研究合作网络,研究热点主要集中于药物递送、仿生纳米微粒、癌症领域等.随着生物医药的高质量一体化发展,本研究有助于研究者和监管者快速、准确地了解仿生递送系统的整体研究情况和发展趋势.
Bibliometric analysis of biomimetic drug delivery systems in China and abroad
Taking the advantage of endogenous natural biological materials,the biomimetic drug delivery system is a cutting-edge drug delivery technology,which exhibits good biocompatibility and high targeting.To elucidate the current research landscape,trends,and hotspots in this field,and to promote technology innovation,achievement transformation and the development of drug regulatory science,this study conducted a comprehensive,quantitative,and visual bibliometric analysis on both Chinese and English literature on biomimetic drug delivery systems.By searching the databases like CNKI,Wanfang,VIP Database and the Web of Science Core Collection,a total of 72 Chinese and 857 English literatures were included in our analysis after screening.The VOSviewer software and Bibliometrix R-package were used to perform the co-occurrence analysis of institutions,researchers and keywords,and the knowledge graphs were ploted.The results show that the number of articles in this field has increased rapidly in recent years,with China leading the world in terms of publication output.Furthermore,China has developed extensive research collaboration networks,primarily based on universities and research institutions.The main researches focus on the topics of drug delivery,biomimetic nanoparticles,and cancer.With the high-quality integrated development of biomedical science,this study provides a comprehensive overview for researchers and regulatory authorities,aiding in the rapid assimilation of knowledge and understanding of the research status and the development trend of biomimetic delivery systems.
