摘要
1-脱氧野尻霉素是一种多羟基哌啶类生物碱,具有多种药理活性.作为α-葡萄糖苷酶的强抑制剂,其在降血糖领域被广泛研究.目前研究主要集中于通过药物化学拼合原理、结构杂合、提升价态等方式对1-脱氧野尻霉素进行结构修饰,以期提升其专一性,增加其降糖活性.本文主要对近年来具有降糖活性的N-取代1-脱氧野尻霉素衍生物研究进展进行总结与分析,为其在降糖方面的应用提供参考.
Abstract
1-deoxynojirimycin is a polyhydroxypyridine alkaloid with various pharmacological activities.As a strong inhibitor of α-glucosidase,it has been widely studied in the field of hypoglycemia.In order to enhance its specificity and further increase its hypoglycemic activity,researchers mainly modify the structure of 1-deoxynojirimycin through principles of assembly,structural hybridization,and valence state enhancement.This article mainly summarized N-substituted 1-deoxynojirimycin derivatives with hypoglycemic activity in recent years,providing reference for their application in hypoglycemic therapy.
