Research on the policy evolution and knowledge graph of biomedical industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle
Industrial policy is a key driving force for industrial innovation and transformational development.As an important region in western China,the formulation and implementation of industrial policies in Cheng-Yu district will play a crucial role in promoting the construction of a new pattern of western China's development.This article comprehensively applied bibliometric analysis,knowledge graph visualization,and natural language processing methods to construct a three-dimensional analysis framework of policy quantity,policy subject,and policy content.A fine-grained analysis was conducted on the structural characteristics and textual content of the biomedical industry policy in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,policy changes before and after the cooperation between the two cities were explored,and the internal and external characteristics and evolutionary trends of the policy were analyzed,to provide reference for the development of biomedical industry and the improvement of related policy system in Cheng-Yu district.It was shown that the number of biomedical industry policy has increased significantly after the establishment of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,playing a certain role in leading the development of technology and industry.But the degree of cooperation between government departments of Cheng-Yu district still needs to be improved.The analysis of keywords and themes showed that there is a significant increase in the government's emphasis on science and technology innovation,information technology platform construction,cooperation and exchange,and human resources construction after the establishment of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,but there is still a need for further enhancement of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation capacity building.
