Effect of ciprofol on embolization of cerebral aneurysms in elderly patients
Objective:To observe the safety of ciprofol in the induction and maintenance of general anesthesia for cerebral aneurysm embolization in elderly patients. Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients who underwent endotracheal intubation cerebral aneurysm embolization under general anesthesia in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into propofol group ( P) and ciprofol group ( C),with 30 cases in each group. The hemodynamic indexes, including mean arterial pressure ( MAP) and heart rate ( HR),were recorded before anesthesia induction (T0),at 1 min after induction (T1),tracheal intubation time (T2),embolization time (T3) and anesthesia recovery time (T4).The induction time, recovery time and occurrence of adverse reactions such as injection pain were recorded. Results:The MAP and HR in both groups were decreased at T1 and T2 compared with T0 (P<0.05),but those in group C were higher than those in group P (P<0.05).The induction time of group C was significantly longer than that of group P (P<0.05).The incidence of injection pain and intraoperative hypotension in group C was significantly lower than that in group P ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:Ciprofol can be safely used in the induction and maintenance of anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing arterial embolization, which has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical application.
