HPLC fingerprints of Sijin Lidan Granules and research on multi-component content determination
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Sijin Lidan Granules and determine the contents of xiafota glycoside,isoxiafota glycoside,ferulic acid,naringin,neohesperidin,berberine hydrochloride,hanbaicalin,and baicalin.Methods:Agilent ZORBAX StableBond C18 chromatography column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution,with gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 350 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 20℃,and the injection amount was 10μL.Results:The established fingerprint of Sijin Lidan Granules had a total of 23 common peaks,and the similarity between each batch of samples was greater than 0.99,which can be clustered into two categories.The cumulative contribution rate of the two principal components was 94.338%.The established method for determining the contents of eight indicator components had good stability,repeatability,precision,linear relationship,and sample recovery rate,which met the requirements.Conclusion:This method is accurate and stable and can provide references for the comprehensive quality evaluation of Sijin Lidan Granules.
