The Reproduction Form of Social Organization System Under the Background of Public Service Project System
Social governance is a systematic social engineering,which requires multi-social subjects under the leadership of the government to coordinate with each other to build social order,and multiple social systems to couple with each other and interact positively with the environment.Therefore,with the help of Luhmann's social system theory,the article takes a 5A social organization in F province as an example to explore the feasibility,inevitability and realization process of self-reproduction of social organizations under the background of public service project system in the process of social governance.The results show that social organization meets the conditions defined as"autopoietic system",has"closure"and"openness"based on"closure",and can carry out systematic self-reproduction.Environment is the reason why the system decides to reproduce,and communication is the consideration factor for the system to choose to reproduce.In an increasingly"internal"and"complex"environment,social organizations decide to carry out systematic reproduction.Due to the lack of three-dimensional communication mechanisms of"project service design","project service execution"and"project service supervision",social organizations choose to reshape professionalism to bridge the lack of communication mechanism,and use professionalism to balance governance absorption and sustainable development of social organizations.The professionalism of the organization is developing in the direction of diversification,localization and informationization.
