Research on Conceptual Framework for Government Service Data Governance Ecosystem
Data governance of government service plays a key role and exerts an important function in many important fields,environments,contexts and strategies related to national economy and people's livelihood,and the construction of a benign ecosystem to maintain its healthy development has become a problem that must be solved.In order to establish the conceptual framework prototype,it is needed to analyze the constituent elements of the government service data governance ecosystem,as well as the definition of each constituent element,the relationship between constituent elements,and the structural system based on the perspective of the research paradigm that forms the conceptual framework,while clarifying the meaning of the government service data governance ecosystem.Then based on practical requirements such as fields,environments,contexts,and strategies,we need to study the methods to concretize and improve the constituent elements so as to gradually enrich and diversify the content and form of the conceptual framework.
