摘要
医养结合是我国落实健康中国战略、积极应对人口老龄化的重要举措.作为我国独特的公共服务制度设计,其发展过程充分体现了我国的制度创新能力,展现了"以人民为中心"价值的实践落地.本文从理念倡导、制度设计和路径优化的视角,系统梳理其提升服务可及性、可负担性和可持续性的历程和发展成效,丰富了医养结合服务体系内涵,为下一阶段医养结合高质量发展提供了参考借鉴.
Abstract
The integration of medical care and life care for the elderly is an important measure for China to implement the Healthy China strategy and actively respond to the aging population.As a unique public service system designed in China,its development process fully reflects the innovative ability of the Chinese system and demonstrates the practical implementation of the"people-centered"value concept.From the perspective of concept guidance,institutional design,and path optimization logic,this article systematically reviews the process and development effectiveness of improving service accessibility,affordability,and sustainability,enriches the connotation of the integrated medical and elderly care service system,and provides reference for the high-quality development of medical and life care for the elderly in the next stage.
