摘要
党的二十届三中全会强调,进一步全面深化改革要以制度建设为主线,以制度的优化、完善和发展,推动进一步全面深化改革,推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化,将中国式现代化的宏伟蓝图转化为中华民族伟大复兴的现实.本文秉持马克思主义的基本立场、观点和方法,阐述新时代制度建设对于中国式现代化的深刻内涵与独特价值,阐释制度建设与推进中国式现代化之间的逻辑关系,探讨以制度建设推进中国式现代化发展的实践路径.
Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasizes that further comprehensive reform should continue to be guided by institutional construction.The optimization,improvement,and development of institutional systems should drive the modernization of the state governance system and governance capacity,transforming the grand blueprint of Chinese-style modernization into a strategic goal for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article upholds the fundamental principles and methodology of Marxism,elucidating the profound significance and unique value of institutional construction for Chinese modernization in the new era.It deeply expounds on the logical relationship between institutional construction and advancing Chinese modernization while actively exploring practical pathways for promoting Chinese modernization through institutional construction.
