构建与进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化相适应的基本公共服务制度体系,是以人民为中心的发展思想在新时代新征程治国理政实践中的重要体现.基本公共服务制度体系建设应以人民为中心,构建均衡可及的基本公共服务供给体系,实现经济发展和民生改善相协调.完善基本公共服务制度体系,可以从基本制度、运行制度、保障制度和评估与动态监测制度等方面深入推进.
Abstract
Improving the Institutional system of basic public service in line with further deepening comprehensive reform and promoting Chinese modernization is an important manifestation of the people-centred development philosophy in the practice of governance in the new era.Improving the basic public services Institutional system of basic public services is an important element in further deepening comprehensive reform.Reforms in the area of basic public services must always be centered on institution-building to ensure the coherence and consistency of in the reforms.The construction of the public service system should be people-centered,building a balanced and accessible public service supply system and realizing coordination between economic development and improvement of people's livelihood.Improvement of the basic public service system system can be advanced in depth in terms of the basic system,the operational system,the safeguard guarantee system and the evaluation and dynamic monitoring system.
