How can Village Information Officers Achieve Accessibility of Information Services in Digital Villages?——Based on the Case Study of M City
Under the background of rural revitalization and digital era,digital information service is an emerging proposition of current theoretical research and practical development,while digital information service accessibility is in urgent need of exploration and explanation.This paper combines the theory of holistic governance to construct an analytical framework for the holistic supply model of digital rural information service.Based on the practical observation of the rural press officer model in M city,it is found that the rural press officer integrates the processor,regulator,transmitter and enabler of digital information service,which effectively realizes the appropriateness,truthfulness,accessibility and affordability of digital rural information service,providing a new path to realize the accessibility of digital rural information service.The study concludes that rural press officers can effectively realize the accessibility of digital rural information services because they follow the four logics of service identity,service content,service efficiency and service cost.Examining the path of digital rural information service accessibility from the perspective of rural press officers provides local knowledge and exploration for the promotion of public service accessibility.
