摘要
目的 探讨冷冻球囊(CBA)前庭扩大消融治疗阵发性心房颤动(简称房颤)患者的有效性及安全性.方法 选择本院拟行CBA的阵发房颤患者共161例.根据不同的手术方式将其分为CBA常规消融(对照)组(n=81)与CBA常规消融+前庭扩大消融(试验)组(n=80).术后第1、3、6、12个月,进行门诊或电话随访.对比两组患者不同时间房颤复发率,以及手术并发症发生率.结果 两组术后3、6、12个月房颤复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(分别为6.2％vs 5.0％、11.1％vs 8.8％、18.5％vs 15％,P均＞0.05).两组患者术后并发症发生率分别为7.4％(6/81)、10.0％(8/80),差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 对于阵发性房颤患者,CBA在常规消融的基础上行前庭扩大补充消融并未改善患者房颤复发率,两者安全性无明显差异.
Abstract
Objective Exploring the effectiveness and safety of pulmonary vein antrum enlarged ablation with cryoablation in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods A total of 161 patients with paroxysmal AF,who were to undergo cryoablation were selected.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into conven-tional treatment group(control group,n=81)and conventional treatment and pulmonary vein antrum enlarged abla-tion group(experimental group,n=80).Outpatient or telephone follow-up was performed at 1,3,6,and 12 months after surgery.The recurrence rate of AF at different time and the incidence of surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate of AF be-tween the two groups at 3,6 and 12 months after surgery(6.2％vs 5.0％,11.1％vs 8.8％,18.5％vs 15％,respec-tively,P＞0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in control group and experimental group was 7.4％(6/81)and 10.0％(8/80),respectively,with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion For patients with paroxysmal AF,pulmonary vein antrum enlarged ablation with cryoballoon on the basis of conventional abla-tion dose not improve the recurrence rate of patients with AF,and there is no significant difference in safety between the two groups.[Chinese Journal of Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology,2024,38(1):27-29]
