Objective To re-review the systematic reviews on effectiveness of mobile health care(mHealth)management on medication compliance in patients with hypertension,and provide the guide to clinical decision.Methods The databases of CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,EMbase,the Cochrane Library and JBI were retrieved with computer to collect the systematic reviews/Meta-analyses on mHealth managing medication compliance in patients with hypertension.The retrieving time was from database establishment time to Jan.31,2023.The documents were screened,data was extracted and literature quality and evidence grading were carried out by 2 researchers independently.Results There were totally 11 systematic reviews/Meta-analyses included.The results of methodological quality review showed that there was 1 document with medium quality,2 with low quality and 8 with very low quality.The results of GRADE assessment showed that there were 9 intermediate evidences,5 low-level evidences,and 9 very low-level evidences in 23 indexes of quantitative analysis.Conclusion Mobile health technologies play a positive role in improving hypertension management,but the methodological quality and outcome evidences for relevant systematic reviews/Meta-analyses is generally low.In the future,relevant clinical decisions need to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.At the same time,researchers should provide more well-designed,well-reported systematic reviews as high-quality evidence to aid clinical decision-making.
