Objective To observe the influence of Yandan Capsule combined with atorvastatin on platelet function and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Elderly AMI patients(n=115)were chosen from Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nanyang City from Aug.2018 to Aug.2020.The patients were divided,according to therapies,into control group(n=56)treated with atorvastatin orally and study group(n=59)treated with Yandan Capsule combined with atorvastatin from 30 d.The changes of symptom integrals,CD62p,CD63,monocyte platelet aggregates(MPA)and serum inflammatory factor[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.The total curative effect was compared between 2 groups.Results The total effective rate was 89.83%in study group and 75.00%in control group(P<0.05).The comparison in symptom integrals of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment showed that integral reduction was significantly higher in study group than that in control group(P<0.05),and reduction of TNF-α was significantly higher in study group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yandan Capsule combined with atorvastatin has a definite curative effect on elderly myocardial infarction,which can improve the related symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis,inhibit platelet activation,improve heart function,reduce level of serum inflammatory factor,and improve curative effect.
