Objective To investigate the relationship among expressions of serum gene of phosphate and tension homology deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN)and glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β),heart function and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods AMI patients(n=124)were chosen into AMI group from Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Qiqihar City from Jan.2020 to Feb.2022.All AMI patients were divided,according to their prognosis status,into good prognosis group(n=84)and poor prognosis group(n=40).At the same time the controls with healthy examinations were chosen into control group(n=124).The levels of PTEN and GSK-3β were detected by using ELISA.The indexes related to heart function were detected by using color Doppler ultrasonography.The levels of PTEN and GSK-3β and heart function were compared among all groups.The relationship among levels of PTEN and GSK-3β and heart function indexes were analyzed by using Pearson correlation analysis,and influence factors of poor prognosis were analyzed by using Logistic regression analysis.The assessment value of PTEN and GSK-3β was analyzed by using ROC curve.Results The level of PTEN decreased significantly(P<0.05)and GSK-3β level increased significantly(P<0.05),which had changes along with Killip grade increased in AMI group compared with control group.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was significantly lower(P<0.05),and left ventricular and end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)and left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT)were significantly higher(P<0.05)in AMI group than those in control group.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that PTEN was positively correlated to LVEF(P<0.05),and was negatively correlated to LVEDd and LVPWT(P<0.05),and GSK-3β was negatively correlated to LVEF(P<0.05)and was positively correlated to LVEDd and LVPWT(P<0.05).The level of PTEN decreased significantly(P<0.05)and GSK-3β level increased significantly(P<0.05)in poor prognosis group compared with good prognosis group.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that Killip grade,PTEN and GSK-3β were influence factors of poor prognosis in AMI patients(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that,in reviewing prognosis,AUC of PTEN and GSK-3β was,respectively,0.896 and 0.875,sensitivity was,respectively,90.0%and 75.0%,and specificity was,respectively,72.1%and 66.7%.AUC of PTEN combined with GSK-3β in in reviewing prognosis was 0.960,sensitivity was 95.0%and specificity was 83.1%.Conclusion The levels of serum PTEN and GSK-3β are closely related to heart function and prognosis,and they are expected to become biomarkers for predicting the prognosis in AMI patients.
