急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后血清BNP、CRP的表达及对预后的影响

摘要
目的 探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后血清脑钠肽(BNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的表达及对预后的影响.方法 选择首都医科大学附属北京康复医院心内科于2020年1月1日至2023年1月1日就诊的AMI患者100例为观察组,另选取我院同期健康体检者100例为对照组.比较两组患者BNP、CRP水平,并比较观察组不同预后患者BNP、CRP水平,采用Pearson相关分析法分析AMI患者PCI术后BNP、CRP的水平与预后的相关性.结果 观察组BNP、CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);预后不良AMI患者BNP、CRP均明显高于预后良好组(P＜0.05);经Pearson相关分析结果显示,AMI患者PCI术后BNP、CRP水平与预后均呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论 AMI患者PCI术后BNP、CRP的表达与预后密切相关.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence of expressions of serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and C-reactive protein(CRP)and their influence on prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods AMI patients(n=100)were chosen into observation group and at the same time the controls with healthy examinations(n=100)were chosen into control group from Heart Rehabilitation Center in Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from Jan.1,2020 to Jan.1,2023.The levels of BNP and CRP were compared between 2 groups,and were compared in patients with different prognosis in observation group.The correlation among BNP,CRP and prognosis was analyzed by using Pearson correlation analysis in AMI patients after PCI.Results The levels of BNP and CRP were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of BNP and CRP were significantly higher in patients with poor prognosis that those in patients with good prognosis(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that levels of BNP and CRP were positively correlated to prognosis in AMI patients after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of BNP and CRP are closely correlated to prognosis in AMI patients after PCI.
