摘要
目的 探究并比较心脑血管同期造影与分期造影两种方法 在临床疗效及安全性方面的差异.方法 选择2021年10月至2022年10月于中国人民解放军火箭军特色医学中心收治的71例行脑血管和冠状动脉(冠脉)造影的患者,随机分为研究组(n=36)和对照组(n=35),研究组患者脑血管和冠脉造影同期完成;对照组患者脑血管和冠脉造影分次进行.比较两组患者一般临床资料、心脑血管造影结果、手术及住院指标、安全评估指标、舒适满意度评分等,并评估两组疗效.结果 两组患者一般临床资料、基础疾病、用药情况和血管病变比较,无统计学差异(P＞0.05).与对照组相比,研究组在X线照射时间和剂量、手术时间和费用、平均住院时间、术后并发症的发生率等方面均显著降低,同时患者舒适度和满意度更高.结论 心脑血管同期造影对于发现冠脉及脑血管病变,能早期明确诊断、指导治疗,同时安全性高于分期造影;并可减少住院时间及费用,患者舒适度及满意度更高,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the differences in clinical efficacy and safety between simultaneous cardiovascular and cerebrovascular angiography and staged angiography.Methods Seventy-one patients admitted to our hospital for cerebrovascular and coronary angiography from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into study and control groups.The study group consisted of 36 patients who underwent cerebrovascular and coronary angiography simultaneously,while the control group comprised 35 patients who underwent cerebrovascular and coronary angiography in separate sessions.The treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated by comparing the general clinical data,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular angiography results,surgical and hospitalization indexes,safety assessment indexes,and comfort satisfaction scores.Results After comparison,there were no statistical differences between the study group and the control group in terms of general clinical data,underlying disease and medication use,and vascular lesions(P＞0.05).However,compared with the control group,patients in the study group had significantly lower X-ray exposure time and dose,shorter procedure time and lower cost,shorter average hospital stay,and lower incidence of postoperative complications,as well as higher patient comfort and satisfaction.Conclusion Simultaneous cardiovascular angiography is worthy of clinical promotion for detecting coronary and cerebrovascular lesions.It provides an early and clear diagnosis and guiding treatment while being safer than staged angiography.In addition,it can reduce hospitalization time and cost,and increase patient comfort and satisfaction.
