摘要

目的 探讨基于调频连续波雷达的无感健康监测系统在心律失常患者中的应用.方法 选取2022年9月23日至2022年10月31日于解放军总医院第七医学中心心内科住院接受治疗的心律失常或疑似心律失常患者60例,采用自身对照实验,对同一患者采用床旁心电监护和基于调频连续波雷达的无感健康监测采集其心电指标(包括心率、窦性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、房性早搏、心房颤动、室性早搏等)、呼吸频率和异常报警情况,并进行对比.结果 两种监护系统对心率的监测无明显差别(P>0.05).除房性早搏、室性早搏两种监护系统的一致率分别为88.9%、84.2%外,两种监护系统对窦性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、心房颤动及正常心率的一致率均为100%.两种监护系统对各种心律失常的监测结果 无明显差异(P>0.05).两种监护系统对呼吸频率的监测和异常报警情况比较,无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 基于调频连续波雷达的无感健康监测系统对心率、各种心律失常、呼吸频率的监测以及异常报警具有较高的准确性,应用前景广阔.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application of non-inductive health monitoring system based on frequency-modulated continuous-wave(FMCW)radar in patients with arrhythmia.Methods The patients with arrhythmia or suspected arrhythmia(n=60)were chosen from Department of Cardiology in the Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from Sept.23,2022 to Oct.31,2022.In a self-controlled experiment,the indexes of electrocardiogram(ECG)including heart rate(HR),nodal tachycardia,nodal bradyarrhythmia,atrial premature beats(APB),atrial fibrillation(AF)and ventricular premature beat(VPB),respiratory rate and abnormal alarm were collected and compared by applying bedside ECG monitoring and non-inductive health monitoring system based on FMCW radar in each patient.Results There was no significant difference in HR monitoring between the two monitoring systems(P>0.05).The concordance rate of the two monitoring systems was 88.9%for APB and 84.2%for VPB,and were 100%for nodal tachycardia,nodal bradyarrhythmia,AF and normal HR.There were no significant differences in monitoring of different types of arrhythmia,respiratory rate and abnormal alarm between the two monitoring systems(P>0.05).Conclusion The non-inductive health monitoring system based on FMCW radar has a higher accuracy in the monitoring of HR,different types of arrhythmia,respiratory rate and abnormal alarm with a very good application prospect.
