Objective To review systematically the effect of clinical decision support system(CDSS)in management of blood pressure(BP)and cardiovascular risk in hypertensive patients.Methods The databases of CNKI,WanFang Data,PubMed and EMbase were retrieved from database establishment time to May 2023.The literature screen,data extract and evidence quality review were conducted by 2 researchers independently.Results There were totally 11 studies enclosed,and CDSS functions included assisted diagnosis and treatment,feedback on diagnosis and treatment quality,medication recommendation,follow-up monitoring,information reminder and cardiovascular risk assessment.The results of Meta-analysis showed that CDSS had some improvement effect on BP and cardiovascular risk managementin hypertensive patients.The results of literature quality reviewing showed that there was 1 study with strong grade,and there were 4 with moderate grade and 6 with weak grade.Conclusion CDSS can assist to improve theeffect of BP and cardiovascular risk management in hypertensive patients with broad application prospect.The full-process functional design of CDSS can be strengthened in hypertension field,and more localized hypertension CDSS can be established in the future.
