摘要

目的 通过文献计量学及可视化分析,对心肌桥的研究热点进行全面概述,寻找未来的研究方向.方法 在Web of Science数据库中检索出1991~2022年关于心肌桥的文献,使用VOSviewer、CiteSpace和R包"bibliometrix"进行文献计量学分析.结果 本研究共纳入2030篇英文文献.发表文章的数量呈逐年增长的趋势.这些文献出自75个国家的2333个机构,其中领先的国家是美国,领先的机构是哥伦比亚大学.Annals of Thoracic Surgery为发表相关论文数量最多的期刊,Tremmel Jennifer A为发表相关论文数量最多的作者.最常见的关键词是心肌桥、心力衰竭、心源性休克、心肌梗死等.结论 经调查研究,心肌桥的病理和病理生理学、诊断方法、临床症状和治疗等会成为未来心肌桥研究的重点内容.

Abstract

Objective To overview comprehensively the research hotspots of myocardial bridges through bibliometric and visual analyses and to find future research directions.Methods The literatures about myocardial bridges were retrieved from Web of Science databases from 1991 to 2022,and given the bibliometric analysis by using VOSviewer,CiteSpace and R package"bibliometric".Results A total of 2030 English literatures were included in this study.The number of published articles showed an increasing trend year by year.These literatures came from 2333 institutes in 75 countries,and the United States of American and Columbia University were in the lead.Annals of Thoracic Surgery was the journal with the largest number of published relevant articles,and Tremmel Jennifer A was the author with the largest number of published papers.The most common keywords included myocardial bridge,heart failure,cardiogenic shock and myocardial infarction.Conclusion Based on investigations and researches,the pathology,pathophysiology,diagnostic methods,clinical symptoms and treatment of myocardial bridges may be the focus of future researches on myocardial bridges.
