摘要
FinnGen研究项目是一个规模庞大的遗传学研究计划,自2017年起,致力于通过分析芬兰人群的遗传数据及其与国家级电子医疗记录之间的关联,以深化对人类健康的理解.该项目计划收集约500,000个样本,占据芬兰总人口的10%.FinnGen利用国家级生物银行收集样本,并与众多健康机构、大学、医疗机构、生物银行及国际制药公司展开合作.本研究详细介绍了用户如何在FinnGen平台上下载和利用数据,目的在于促进学术交流和沟通,为科研工作者提供更高质量的科研数据来源.
Abstract
The FinnGen research project is a large-scale genetic study initiative that,since 2017,has been dedicated to enhancing the understanding of human health by analyzing the genetic data of the Finnish population and its correlation with national electronic health records.The project aims to collect approximately 500,000 samples,accounting for 10%of Finland's total population.FinnGen leverages national biobanks for sample collection and collaborates with numerous health institutions,universities,medical facilities,biobanks,and international pharmaceutical companies.This study provides a detailed account of how users can download and utilize data on the FinnGen platform,with the goal of fostering academic exchange and communication,offering researchers access to higher quality scientific data sources.
