Objective In this study, the serum inflammatory chemokines in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)atrial fibrillation blood stasis syndrome were taken as the main entry point to study the difference of serum inflammatory chemokines in patients with CHD atrial fibrillation blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome. Methods Patients treated in Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences from April 2021 to December 2021 were selected, and the general information of age, gender, smoking history, drinking history, hypertension, diabetes, stroke history and other general information were collected and recorded.Luminex liquid suspension chip technology was used to detect inflammatory chemokine serum samples. Results The mean concentration of CXCL10 and CXCL1 in serum inflammatory chemokines in CHD atrial fibrillation with blood stasis syndrome was significantly higher than in CHD atrial fibrillation without blood stasis syndrome.CXCL10[172.12(143.00,345.92)]pg/ml vs.[110.58(90.53,142.89)]pg/ml and CXCL1[331.65(199.23,544.42)]pg/ml vs.[223.87(146.80,546.60)]pg/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions CXCL1and CXCL10 have acertain correlation with blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease atrial fibrillation.
