摘要
目的 基于文献计量学探究中医药治疗心房颤动的研究热点及发展趋势.方法 检索1993年1月1日至2023年7月20日于中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WanFang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中已发表的中医药治疗心房颤动的相关文献,以Refworks格式导入NoteExpress,进行合并后除重,应用CiteSpace 6.2.R4对作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析.结果 本研究共纳入文献2071篇,年度发文量呈上升趋势;以胡元会、刘强、张艳为代表的研究者合作规模最大;研究机构以北京中医药大学、中国中医科学院、天津中医药大学与其他院校或医院合作最为密切,合作网络规模最大;高频关键词为心律失常、中医证型、临床疗效,中心性最高的关键词为临床观察,聚类分析形成10个聚类标签,突现图谱形成15个突现词,研究热点涉及中医证型、临床疗效、病因、中西医治疗、危险因素、并发症、远期预后及研究类型等方面.结论 中医药治疗心房颤动发文量逐年上升,但未形成显著核心作者群,研究者和机构间合作不甚密切;研究类型以临床研究、理论探讨、综述和数据挖掘为主,缺乏大样本临床随机对照试验和深入的基础研究;数据挖掘、心功能、炎症、作用机制等方向将成为未来研究的新趋势.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the study hot spots and development trends in treatment of atrial fibrillation(AF)with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based onbibliometrics.Methods The databases of CNK1,VIP,WanFang Data and CBM were retrieved for collecting the literatures related to AF treatment with TCM from Jan.1,1993 to July 20,2023.All literatures were imported to NoteExpressin a Refworks format.After merging and overkilling,the authors,institutes and keywordswere given a visual analysisby using CiteSpace 6.2.R4.Results A total of 2071 literatures were included in this study,and the annual number of published papers showed an increasing trend.The researchers represented by Hu Yuanhui,Liu Qiang and Zhang Yan had the largest cooperation scale.In research institutes,the cooperation was the most close among Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicineand other universities or hospitals with the largest cooperation network.The high-frequency keywords were arrhythmia,TCM syndrome types and clinical efficacy,and the most central keyword was clinical observation.There were 10 cluster labels formed after cluster analysis,and 15 emergent wordsformed in emergence map.The study hotspots involved TCM syndrome type,clinical efficacy,etiology,TCM and Western medicine treatments,risk factors,complications,long-term prognosis and research types.Conclusion The number of published papers on AF treatment with TCM has increased year by year,but there is no significant core author group formed,and the cooperation between researches and institutes is not very close.The research types are mainly clinical researches,theoretical discussions,reviews and data mining,while large-sample clinical randomized controlled trials and in-depth basic research are deficiency.Data mining,heart function,inflammation and mechanism of actionwill become new trends in future researches.
