Correlation between levels of serum caveolin-1 and soluble low density lipoprotein receptor 11 and sever-ity of coronary artery lesions in child patients with Kawasaki disease
Objective To analyze the relationship among serum caveolin-1(Cav-1),soluble low density lipoprotein receptor 11(sLR11)and severity of coronary artery lesions(CAL)in child patients with Kawasaki disease(KD).Methods The clinical materials of child patients with KD complicated by CAL(n=153)were retrospectively analyzed in Department of Pediatrics in People's Hospital of Jiyuan City from Feb.2021 to Oct.2022.All patients were divided, according to CAL severity, into 1-vessel lesion group(n=54),2-vessel lesion group(n=68)and multi-vessel lesion group(n=31).The clinical materials and levels of serum Cav-1 and sLR11 were compared among 3 groups. The relative factors affecting CAL severity were analyzed by using multi-factor Logistic regression analysis in KD patients. The predictive value of Cav-1 and sLR11 to CAL severity were analyzed by using ROC curve in KD patients. Results The duration of fever,C-reactive protein(CRP),platelet(PLT)count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and levels of serum Cav-1 and sLR11 increased in turn in 1-vessel lesion group,2-vessel lesion group and multi-vessel lesion group(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that duration of fever before treatment(OR=1.772,95%CI:1.054~2.982,P=0.031),Cav-1(OR=1.139,95%CI:1.080~1.201,P<0.01)and sLR11(OR=1.251,95%CI:1.105~1.417,P<0.01)were risk factors affecting CAL severity in KD patients. The results of ROC curve analysis showed that AUC of combination of Cav-1 and sLR11 was 0.910(95%CI:0.854~0.951,P<0.01)in predicting CAL severity KD patients. Conclusion The combination of Cav-1 and sLR11 has a higher predictive efficacy for CAL severity in KD patients.
