Objective To discuss the expressions and significance of serum miR-93 and miR-135a in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated by pulmonary infection. Methods The patients with AMI complicated by pulmonary infection were chosen into disease group, and healthy controls were chosen into control group(each n=107)from Central Hospital of Xiaogan City from Apr.2018 to Apr.2021.The clinical materials, including age, hypertension and diabetes, were collected from the patients and they were followed up for 2 y.The patients were also divided, according to follow-up results, into survival group and death group, and clinical materials were compared between 2 groups. The expressions of miR-93 and miR-135a were detected by using qRT-PCR.The correlated between miR-93 level and miR-135a level were analyzed by using Pearson method. The factors affecting prognosis were analyzed by using Logistic regression analysis in AMI patients complicated by pulmonary infection. Results The expression of miR-93 was higher(P<0.05)and expression of miR-135a was lower(P<0.05)in disease group than those in control group. There was a negative correlated between miR-93 expression and miR-135a expression(r=-0.532,P<0.001)in AMI patients complicated by pulmonary infection. The expression of miR-93 increased significantly(P<0.05)and expression of miR-135a decreased significantly(P<0.05)in survival group compared with death group. The expressions of miR-93 and miR-135a were independent influence factors in AMI patients complicated by pulmonary infection(P<0.05).In predicting prognosis in AMI patients complicated by pulmonary infection,AUC of miR-93 was 0.835,AUC of miR-135a was 0.887,and AUC of miR-93 combined with miR-135a was 0.955.Conclusion The increased miR-93 expression and decreased miR-135a expression may be effective indexes for predicting prognosis in AMI patients complicated by pulmonary infection.
