摘要
目的 探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者血清聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶1(PARP1)、载脂蛋白M(apoM)与心肌重构的相关性.方法 选择2023年6月至2024年6月于江苏省人民医院收治的冠心病患者125例进行研究(病例组);另选取同期本院健康体检者120例(对照组).分析并比较两组患者血清PARP1、apoM、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左心房内径(LAD)、左室后壁厚度(LVPW)、左室质量指数(LVMI)、左室重构指数(LVRI)水平变化及与心肌重构的关系.结果 病例组血清PARP1水平高于对照组,apoM水平低于对照组(P<0.05);病例组LVEDD、LAD、LVPW、LVMI水平高于对照组,LVRI水平低于对照组(P<0.05);稳定型心绞痛患者血清PARP1及LVEDD、LAD、LVPW、LVMI水平低于不稳定型心绞痛和心肌梗死患者,血清apoM、LVRI水平高于不稳定型心绞痛和心肌梗死患者;不稳定型心绞痛患者血清PARP1、LVEDD、LAD、LVPW、LVMI水平低于心肌梗死患者,血清apoM、LVRI水平高于心肌梗死患者(P<0.05).相关性分析显示,冠心病患者血清PARP1与LVEDD、LAD、LVPW、LVMI呈正相关,与LVRI呈负相关,apoM与LVEDD、LAD、LVPW、LVMI呈负相关,与LVRI呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 冠心病患者血清中PARP1的表达升高,血清apoM水平降低,并与心肌重构之间有一定相关性,有望为其预防和治疗开辟新思路.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the correlation among polyadenosine diphosphate ribose polymerase 1 (PARP1),apolipoprotein M (apoM) and myocardial remodeling in patients with coronary atherosclerosis heart disease (CHD).Methods CHD patients (n=125) were chosen into case group and healthy controls were chosen into control group (n=120) from People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from June 2023 to June 2024.The changes of PARP1,apoM,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd)left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left atrial diameter (LAD),left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPW),left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and left ventricular remodeling index (LVRI) and relationship between them and myocardial remodeling were compared and analyzed in 2 groups.Results The level of PARP1 was higher,and apoM level was lower in case group than those in control group (P<0.05).The levels of LVEDD,LAD,LVPW and LVMI were higher,and LVRI level was lower in case group than those in control group (P<0.05).The levels of PARP1,LVEDD,LAD,LVPW and LVMIwere lower,and levels of apoM and LVRI were higher in patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) than those in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and myocardial infarction (MI),and levels of PARP1,LVEDD,LAD,LVPW and LVMI were lower,and levels of apoM and LVRI were higher in UAP patients than those in MI patients (P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that PARP1 was positively correlated to LVEDD,LAD,LVPW and LVMI and negatively correlated to LVRI,and apoM was negatively correlated to LVEDD,LAD,LVPW and LVMI and positively correlated to LVRI in CHD patients (P<0.05).Conclusion The level of PARP1 increases and apoM level decreases,and they are correlated to myocardial remodeling in CHD patients,which is expected to open up a new ideas for CHD prevention and treatment.
