目的 解读干预措施描述与报告规范(TIDieR),进一步基于知识图谱呈现TIDieR国内外应用现状,旨在为规范报告干预性研究提供参考与借鉴.方法 计算机检索2014-2024年CNKI、WanFang Data、PubMed、Web of Science数据库的TIDieR相关文献,利用CiteSpace6.3.R1文献计量学软件进行可视化分析.结果 TIDieR包含12个条目,分别是干预措施简称、实施理由、实施资料、实施过程、实施者、实施方法、实施地点、实施时间及强度、个性化方案、方案更改、预期效果和实际效果.共纳入英文文献94篇,中文文献5篇,文献计量分析结果显示国外TIDieR应用情况较为广泛,主要涉及保健、康复、数字健康等领域.结论 基于TIDieR可确保干预性研究报告的规范性和可复制性,但国内学者对TIDieR的应用仍较少,有必要在未来干预性研究中逐步强化推广,进而提高干预性研究报告的透明度和质量.
Interpretation of intervention description and reporting standards(TIDieR)and visual analysis of application status in China and abroad
Objective To interpret the intervention description and reporting standards(TIDieR),and further present the domestic and international application status of TIDieR based on knowledge graphs.And to provide references and inspirations for standardized reporting of intervention studies.Methods TIDieR-related literature published in Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,WanFang Data,PubMed,and Web of Science was searched from 2014 to 2024,and visual analysis was conducted using CiteSpace6.3.R1 bibliometric software.Results TIDieR consisted of 12 entries,including abbreviated intervention name,implementation rationale,implementation materials,implementation process,implementer,implementation method,implementation site,implementation time and intensity,personalized plan,plan changes,expected effects,and actual effects.The bibliometric analysis included 94 English-language papers and 5 Chinese-language papers.The application of TIDieR was relatively widespread overseas,mainly involving health care,rehabilitation,and digital health fields.Conclusion TIDieR can ensure the standardization and reproducibility of intervention research reports.However,domestic scholars still apply TIDieR less frequently.It is necessary to gradually promote and strengthen the application of TIDieR in future intervention studies,thereby improving the transparency and quality of intervention research reports.
