摘要
言语测听广泛应用于听障患者的诊断及听觉干预康复效果的评估.随着我国人工耳蜗的发展,汉语普通话言语测听材料已作为评定人工耳蜗使用和康复效果的主要指标之一.针对不同测试指标和人群,我国学者研发了大量的汉语普通话言语测听材料,虽然尚没有统一的标准材料,但通过不断发展和改进,已与世界同步.目前的言语测听材料仅用于评估听障患者的听觉功能和言语听懂程度,仍需加强对听障患者言语理解、运用和表达能力的评估,希望更多的研究学者研发更方便、更快速的测听方法,使我国更多听障患者重返有声世界,提高交流沟通能力,回归正常社会生活.
Abstract
Speech audiometry is widely used in the diagnosis of hearing impaired patients and the evaluation of auditory intervention rehabilitation.With the development of cochlear implants in China,Mandarin speech audiometry has been used as one of the main indicators to evaluate the use and rehabilitation effect of cochlear implants.According to different test indicators and populations,Chinese scholars have developed a large number of Mandarin speech audiometry materials.Although there is no unified standard material,Mandarin speech audiometry has been synchronized with the world with continuous development and improvement.So far,speech audiometry material has focused on the hearing function and speech comprehension,and it is still necessary to strengthen the evaluation of the speech comprehension,application and expression ability.It is hoped that more researchers can develop more convenient and faster audiometry methods,so that Chinese deaf patients can return to the world of sound,improve their communication ability and return to normal social life.
