摘要

泪腺(包括副泪腺)是产生泪液中水、电解质等物质的浆液性外分泌腺,其分泌功能受神经的高度支配.泪腺独立承担反射性和心因性泪液分泌,副泪腺则主要在基础分泌中产生泪液的水性成分.除去少数肽能神经纤维,支配泪腺分泌所涉及的自主神经(交感和副交感神经)的节前纤维和大多数副交感节后纤维释放的递质都是乙酰胆碱,肽能神经的递质则是血管活性肠肽(VIP),其在泪腺分泌活动的调控中发挥着重要作用.本文着重综述VIP作为一种对泪腺分泌活动重要影响作用的神经递质,通过cAMP介导的通路,在调节泪腺腺泡细胞、导管细胞及肌上皮细胞分泌活动中的机制.通过介绍VIP调控泪腺分泌的研究现状,以期为干眼的发病机制和临床治疗探讨一个新的研究思路.

Abstract

Lacrimal glands,including accessory lacrimal glands,are exocrine glands that produce water,electrolytes and other substances in tears,and their secretory function is highly controlled by nerves.The lacrimal glands are responsible for reflexive and psychogenic tear secretion independently,while the accessory lacrimal glands mainly produce the water-based components of tear in basic secretion.Except for a few peptidergic nerve fibers,acetylcholine is the transmitter released by preganglionic fibers and most parasympathetic postganglionic fibers in lacrimal secretion,and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)is the transmitter of peptidergic nerves.This article mainly reviews the mechanism of VIP as a neurotransmitter that plays an important role in the secretion of lacrimal glands,through the cAMP-mediated pathway,regulating the secretory function of lacrimal gland acinar cells,ductal cells and myoepithelial cells.Through introducing the current status of research on VIP regulation of lacrimal secretion,we hope to explore a new research idea for the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of dry eye.
