摘要
SAPHO综合征是一种罕见的合并骨关节和皮肤症状的慢性炎症性疾病,由于该病发病机制尚不明确以及临床表现的差异性,国际上对该病目前尚无统一的治疗方法.近年来,扁桃体切除术成为治疗SAPHO综合征的新方向,但关于扁桃体切除术治疗SAPHO综合征的相关研究证据有待进一步总结.本文主要整理了SAPHO综合征在耳鼻喉专业发病情况的研究进展,同时进一步探讨扁桃体切除术在治疗SAPHO综合征中的临床应用价值.
Abstract
SAPHO syndrome is a rare chronic inflammatory disease with a combination of bone joint and skin symptoms.Due to the uncertainty of the pathogenesis of the disease and the variability of its clinical presentation,there is currently no uniform treatment for the disease internationally.In recent years,tonsillectomy has become a new direction in the treatment of SAPHO syndrome,but the evidence on the relevance of tonsillectomy for SAPHO syndrome needs to be further summarised.This article collates the research progress in the development of SAPHO syndrome in the ENT specialty and further discusses the clinical value of tonsillectomy in the treatment of SAPHO syndrome.
