Abstract
This article discusses the surgical treatment principles of posterior intraocular lens(IOL)dislocation and describes the currently recommended surgical treatment methods for posterior IOL dislocation.Firstly,the definitions,risk factors,and complications of intraocular lens dislocation and posterior dislocation are outlined;secondly,the paper briefly introduces the preoperative treatment process of posterior IOL dislocation;thirdly,the paper emphasizes the surgical treatment principles of posterior IOL dislocation,including pars plana vitrectomy and IOL management;finally,the postoperative treatment of posterior IOL dislocation is introduced.
