摘要
随着白内障超声乳化术和人工晶状体(IOL)植入术的广泛开展,IOL脱位已成为眼科常见病.对于IOL脱位的病例,微创、简便且可靠地固定脱位的IOL是IOL固定术的发展方向.本文将就微创IOL固定术的发展进行梳理,并结合笔者临床实践的心得和体会,对微创无巩膜瓣IOL缝线固定技术进行介绍.
Abstract
With the widespread clinical application of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL)implantation,IOL dislocation has become a common concern in clinical practice.Minimally invasive,easy manipulation and reliable fixation of dislocated IOL is the development direction of IOL refixation.This article reviews the development of minimally invasive techniques for IOL refixation and introduces the minimally invasive flapless suture fixation of IOL based on the authors'clinical experience.
