摘要
眼睑及眶周衰老是面部年轻化关注的要点.下睑成形术是最常见的眼周美容性手术之一.在功能方面,下睑有维持泪膜稳定、闭合保护眼球的重要作用.因此,在追求美容效果的同时,下睑及相应解剖区域的功能保护应予以重视.本文重点综述下眼睑成形术的解剖学基础,下睑成形手术技术及关键问题的最新进展:包括手术切口的设计及微创化、眶隔脂肪重置的层次及定位、加强下睑前壁力量的方法,术后眼内炎、复视等可能的原因及处理方法,为提高下睑成形术的效果提供参考.
Abstract
Periorbital aging,particularly the aging of the eyelids,is a primary concern in facial rejuvenation.Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is one of the most common ophthalmic plastic surgeries.Functionally,the lower eyelid plays a crucial role in maintaining tear film stability and protecting the eye through its closure function.Therefore,while pursuing cosmetic improvements,it is essential to prioritize preserving the functionality of the lower eyelid and its corresponding anatomical region.This article focuses on the anatomy of lower eyelid blepharoplasty and recent advancements in surgical techniques,including minimally invasive incisions,orbital fat repositioning,and methods to strengthen the anterior lamella of the lower eyelid.Additionally,potential postoperative complications such as endophthalmitis and diplopia are discussed along with their management approaches.The paper provides valuable insights for enhancing the surgical outcomes of lower blepharoplasty.
