摘要
目的 探讨鼻中隔软骨前移联合鼻底黏膜瓣修补鼻中隔穿孔的临床疗效.方法 选取 2020 年3 月—2021 年 3 月收治的 38 例鼻中隔穿孔患者,全身麻醉下采用自体鼻中隔软骨前移联合鼻底黏膜瓣修补穿孔.术后 1周、4周、8周、12周、半年、1年随访复查,对比分析术前、术后患者的主观症状及鼻内镜检查结果,分析手术成功率.结果 术后均随访3个月以上,术前、术后的VAS评分及鼻内镜检查评分均显示,该方式手术成功率高,差异有统计学意义.结论 自体鼻中隔软骨前移联合鼻底黏膜瓣治疗鼻中隔穿孔效果明显,临床取材方便,手术操作简易,可以在临床中推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anterior displacement of nasal septum cartilage combined with nasal fundus mucosal flap in repairing nasal septum perforation.Methods A total of 38 patients with nasal septum deviation treated from March 2020 to March 2021 were included in the study.All patients underwent autologous nasal cartilage advancement combined with nasal mucosal flap under general anesthesia.They were followed up at 1 week,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after operation and the subjective symptoms and nasal endoscopic examination results were compared with those of preoperatively.The success rate of the surgery was also analyzed.Results All patients were followed up for more than 3 months.VAS score and nasal endoscopy score before and after the operation showed that the success rate of this method was high,which was statistically significant.Conclusions The combination of autologous nasal septal cartilage advancement and a nasal mucosal flap has a significant effect on the treatment of nasal septal perforation.It is convenient to obtain the clinical materials and is a simple surgical operation,making it suitable for promotion and use in clinical practice.
