Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)is the most prevalent form of laryngeal cancer.Currently,a combination of surgery and chemoradiotherapy has shown promising outcomes. However, the survival rate in late stages remains low and the pathogenesis is not fully understood. In recent years, there has been an increasing focus on identifying new biomarkers for predicting and treating LSCC.It has been established that long non-coding RNAs(IncRNAs)palys a significant role as regulatory factors in the onset and progression of LSCC.This article aims to explore the regulatory function and mechanism of lncRNA in the development of LSCC,offerting insights for molecular biological therapy targeting LSCC.
